Technical support executives are responsible for working with customers and team members for problems that may arise in an organization.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answering phone calls, writing replies to emails, and excelling in customer service
2. Providing technical solutions to different problems of customers by taking the help of different tools
3. Ensuring that the call comments are properly arranged and suitable information is provided to customers
4. Maintaining high-quality standards taking into view each aspect of attending the customer, listening to their problems, and offering appropriate solutions to them
5. Acting as an intermediary between the organization and customer such as dealing with the complaints and queries of consumers
6. Preparing a set of answers in order to reply to the customer queries immediately
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 12th Jun'20 and 17th Jul'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Should have dual qualities of time management, patience and ability to speak to customers with confidence and conviction
2. Should have an attitude that is well approachable by customers and understanding their problems
3. Should have extremely good listening skills in order to understand what the customer wants to say or express
4. Must know these languages: English, Kannada, Hindi, and manageable Telugu and Tamil
