Technical Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation
2. Working on root cause analysis, management communication, and client relationship management in partnership with infrastructure/service support team members
3. Deploying regular code updates across all the environments including dev/QA/staging (as and when required)
4. Understanding the client's business and prioritizing things accordingly
5. Diagnosing problems/issues/defects
6. Investigating technical issues with client integrations or internal systems
7. Guiding customers through setup/use of platform features and APIs
8. Coordinating with the development team to troubleshoot and devise solutions
9. Maintaining documentation and playbooks related to support and system operations
10. Working in a change management and ticketing environment (like Jira service management & Service Now)

Skills Required:

1. Good knowledge of Linux along with a strong base of networking concepts
2. Knowledge of MySQL database and query operations
3. Knowledge of open-source software like Wire Shark, Postman, Apache Tomcat, J-Boss, HA proxy & Nginx
