Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talk to the clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they ve solved a technical issue
2. Work on resolving network issues, configuring operating systems, and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support
3. Assist in installing the equipment
