About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling technical support for all our solutions such as Google apps for business, web-email hosting (cPanel & Plesk control panels), domain name registrations, ThinkEmailer.com, etc
2. Working on Google apps and Google Adwords management
3. Handling admin and operations support

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 19th Jan'21 and 24th Feb'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Must have hardware & networking knowledge

2. Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop & web hosting will be an advantage

3. Ability to work independently and on the client site sometimes

4. Ability to respond to customers in English via the Think Support ticket system

5. A technology geek at heart

6. Ability to handle support requests from clients on phone and email

7. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

8. Attention to detail and should be able to interact with clients and get their updates done

9. Should be a motivated self-starter and like working on fast-paced projects

10. Must have superb written and verbal communication skills in English
