About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on installation & configuration of a company s computer hardware operating systems, and applications
2. Work on maintenance and monitoring of computer networks, and systems
3. Work on logging the queries of customers and employees
4. Work on analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends
5. Work on diagnosing and solving hardware, or software faults
