2. Creating and editing documents in MS Office and Google Docs

1. Should have a basic idea of Adobe FrameMaker and RoboHelp

2. Should be capable of analyzing complex content to breakdown into simpler content

3. Should have the ability to rewrite content with simpler language

4. Should have a basic knowledge of the technical documentation life cycle, technical writing processes, and methodologies

5. Should have the proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics

6. Should have previous experience in writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences

7. Should have superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for details
