About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
2. Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
3. Create and maintain the information architecture
4. Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
5. Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides
6. Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications

Added requirements

1. Should have hands-on experience on various tools like adobe Framemaker, Madcap Flare, DITA tools, oxygen XML, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe suite XMetal, arbor text, Robohelp, text editor, with API documentation structured authoring experience XML authoring tools experience

2. Should have software domain knowledge

3. Should have a degree of BE/B.Tech./MCA/BCA/Graduation/Masters

4. Should have proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation

5. Should have excellent written skills in English

6. A degree of BCA/MCA/BE/MSc or equivalent with programming skills will be preferred
