Tele Calling & Vendor Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify new vendors/sellers and strike deals with them to bring them on board
2. Make cold calls to vendors/sellers
3. Call pre-qualified leads telephonically
4. Follow-up on potential leads
5. Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
6. Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors/sellers by communicating with them frequently to answer questions and to check their satisfaction levels
7. Convince & guide vendors/sellers on creating a seller account in the marketplace
8. Keep a constant check with the vendors/sellers to ensure the quality of materials
9. Review inventory levels for product availability
10. Coordinate with vendors/sellers to dispatch, deliver, and return products
