About the internship
Are you a skilled communicator with a flair for languages? Illusory Design Studios is looking for a telecalling intern who can speak English, Hindi, and Odia fluently. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to pitch our services
2. Maintain a database of leads and follow up with them regularly
3. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our offerings
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating virtual meetings with clients
5. Prepare reports and presentations using MS-Office and MS-Excel
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets
7. Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).
