We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-spoken telecalling intern to join our growing team. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in luxury design, communication, and customer engagement. You'll play a vital role in representing Argmac to prospective clients and helping our sales and marketing teams build meaningful connections.
1. Make introductory calls to potential customers and share information about Argmac's luxury furniture offerings.
2. Assist the team in lead generation and follow-up activities.
3. Record and maintain accurate customer details and feedback.
4. Support customer query resolution by providing prompt and professional responses.
5. Learn to use CRM tools and maintain customer communication logs.
6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach strategies.
