About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Execute outbound calling campaigns to connect with potential leads.
2. Build long-term relationships with clients by going the extra mile to ensure successful sales conversion.
3. Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system, tracking calls, leads, and follow-ups.
4. Set appointments and follow up on leads to support the broader sales pipeline.
5. Communicate clear and concise information about products, pricing, and service terms to clients.
6. Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction to foster client loyalty.
7. Track and analyze individual performance metrics to continuously improve results.
8. Stay updated on the latest product offerings and market trends to inform client conversations.

Other requirements

1. Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.

3. Familiarity with telemarketing and digital outreach strategies.

4. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.

5. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to close deals effectively.

6. Ability to handle customer objections with professionalism and maintain a positive attitude.

7. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
