We are looking for a motivated customer sales telecaller (female) to join our team.
Our company is the leading provider of natural gemstones and jewelry for astrological purposes. We are the fastest growing company in India situated in Johari Bazaar, Jaipur.
If selected, you will be required to handle customer inquiries and to provide them with suitable options from our website so that they feel happy and satisfied and close the sale. More so, you will be posting regularly on communities on our WhatsApp channel and generating leads. Apart from that, you can devise means to identify potential clients, converse with them, and close the sale. You will be trained by a mentor who has two decades of experience in the gemstones and jewelry industry.
Qualifications:
1. Strong communication in Hindi and English.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
4. Ability to research and identify potential leads.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven.
Type: Full-time
1. Working from Monday to Saturday
2. Sundays and national holidays are off
3. Day Shift from 10 am-6.00 pm
