We are looking for an enthusiastic telesales representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
2. Answering questions about products or the company
3. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and closing sales
4. Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed
5. Entering and updating customer information in the database
6. Handling grievances to preserve the company s reputation
7. Working on going the 'extra mile' to meet sales quota and facilitating future sales
8. Keeping records of calls & sales and noting useful information
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 24th Jul'21 and 28th Aug'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Should have proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
2. Should have proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
3. Should have good knowledge of relevant computer programs
4. Should have the ability to learn about products & services and describe/explain them to prospects
5. Should have excellent knowledge of English
6. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Should be cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
8. Should have outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
