Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
2.Explain products/services and answer customer queries
3. Maintain and update customer database
4. Follow up with leads to ensure conversion
5. Assist in market research through calling
6. Provide daily call reports and feedback

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English/r)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior experience in calling/sales
