About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with customers for new and existing projects
2. Handling customer service/collection and recovery over the phone
3. Solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company
4. Resolving queries and issues related to the product and services
5. Working to retain the customer in case of dissatisfaction with the products or services
6. Working on inbound and outbound voice process calling
7. Ensuring collection target delivery is decided by management

Requirements:

1. Customer-convincing ability
2. Work experience as customer care, tele caller, collection or recovery agent, telesales, or a similar role
3. Freshers can also apply
4. Customer service orientation and learning and communication skills.
5. Basic computer knowledge

Skill(s) required

Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel

Who can apply
