About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls and send regular follow up on leads assigned
2. Answer inbound customer service call as well as key customers who have specific queries
3. Answer queries and resolve problems and give clarity on desired information
4. Coordinate with the internal team to find the status and get it resolved before replying to customers
