We are searching for an engaged telecaller to handle the smooth functioning of operations by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the telecaller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating for orders for services over the telephone
2. Explaining the product or service to potential customers
3. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
4. Confirming orders placed with field co-ordinators.
5. Calling active and budding customers to encourage the smooth functioning of operations
6. Communicating through email when required.
7. Addressing customers' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
8. Noting important details of each conversation.
9. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closing.
10. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
11. Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations
