Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls to potential clients or customers to promote the company's products or services
2. Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with any questions or issues they may have
3. Gathering information from potential clients and customers in order to better understand their needs and preferences
4. Inputting customer data and information into the company's database
5. Assisting with the development and implementation of telemarketing campaigns
6. Maintaining accurate records of all calls and customer interactions
7. Working on other tasks as assigned by your supervisor or manager
