Telecalling Internship

As a Telecalling intern at Brihat Infotech Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to hone your communication skills while contributing to our sales and lead generation efforts. 2. Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels
3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in MS-Excel
4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
5. Meet monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversions
6. Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns
7. Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
