Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
2. Deliver clear and concise messages to the customer
3. Ask pertinent questions to identify needs and provide accurate solutions
4. Update contact database
5. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer service

1. You will work closely with our team, get exposure to the art of telecalling & hone your skills in the process
