Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Call existing customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
2.Address any issues or concerns customers may have and provide appropriate solutions.
3.Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in customer service or customer retention.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other departments.
Shift Timings- Rotational Shifts
Should be flexible in working in-between 8am to 9pm
Should be flexible working on Sundays sometimes
