We are currently seeking motivated and talented individuals for the role of Tele calling Intern. As a Tele calling Intern, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and closing sales.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
2. Understand the client's requirements and pitch the products and services accordingly
3. Meet daily/weekly targets and report progress to the team lead
Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Note:
1. As an intern, if you give us more than expected in the first month, we will offer you a full-time position and give you a fixed salary
2. If you want to continue working as an intern, then we will give a salary slab too with good incentive plans as well

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (6% of total project value).
