Telecalling Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
2. Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff
3. Working on gaining knowledge about products and offerings to enhance customer support and visibility
4. Implementing document knowledge in the form of solution articles
5. Collecting prompt and accurate feedback from customers
6. Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
7. Increasing the count of re-visiting customers
8. Handling and taking ownership of customer issues
