Telemarketing Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Advising present or prospective customers on a telephonic conversation
2. Influencing customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information
3. Documenting transactions by completing forms and recording logs
4. Maintaining database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
5. Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes
6. Maintaining quality service by following company standards
7. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
