About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
2. Answer questions about products or the company
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4. Contribute in generating sales for our company and closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships
5. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
6. Enter and update customer information in the database
7. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
8. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
9. Go the -extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
10. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
11. Help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business

Who can apply:
Only those candidates can apply who:
  1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. can start the internship between 15th Mar'19 and 14th Apr'19
  3. are available for duration of 5 months
  4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements:
  1. Must have excellent communication skills and have superior people skills
  2. Must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts
