Tellecalling Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on cold-calling people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations
2. Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
3. Using scripts to provide information about the product's features, prices, etc. and present their benefits
4. Asking pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements
5. Persuading the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
6. Recording the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system
7. Dealing with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
8. Going the 'extra mile' to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
9. Keeping records of calls and sales and record useful information
