As an intern in the employee engagement team of human resources, you will be responsible for assisting the team in different training & development initiatives as well as conducting various employee engagement activities across teams. This is not your typical HR internship - you will have truly meaningful projects to work on.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on the analysis of training needs
2. Assisting in preparation of training calendar
3. Coordinating with internal subject matter experts & external training vendors
4. Calibrating the LMS with training entries, attendance, reports, and dashboard
5. Assisting the team in running various activities across teams
6. Handling other duties as assigned from time to time
