About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :

1. Conduct an orientation program for blue & white collared employees
2. Ensure effective achievement of process implementation and process adherence
3. Deliver effective training as per agreed timelines
4. Conduct process training, up-skill training for existing/new verticals/categories and refresher training

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 1st Jul'20 and 5th Aug'20

3. are available for duration of 2 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Dehradun, Ludhiana, Lucknow, Rohtak, Bangalore, Bhiwandi, Howrah, Noida, Dankuni, Sankrail and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Strong Communication - English and local language proficiency

2. Knowledge of regional languages is preferred

3. Should be ready to do night shifts/rotational shifts

4. Travel expenses to be incurred on self (within city limits)

5. The contract would be for a duration of 2 - 4 months. Can be extended basis requirement/student's availability & willingness
