Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Achieve gross operating profit for the business
2. Get the best quotes and secure services from various agencies to reduce competition
3. Monitor tour operating cost and maintain service levels closely
4. Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers (DMCs) to increase profitability on acquired business
5. Build and maintain healthy relationships with transporters, hotels, airlines, and other local agencies
6. Process payment to suppliers in a timely and efficient manner
7. Upsell to increase profitability and enhance client experience on ground
8. Maintain tour costs accurately as per the statement of margin
9. Ensure customer information is shared with suppliers in real time
10. Ensure smooth on-ground operations of the group as per the memorandum of understanding
11. Close files as per company guidelines and ensure adherence to systems, policies, and processes
