We are looking for a witty personality with excellent communication skills with correct delivery of words and products. This profession involves training in geographical knowledge, itinerary consulting, tourism's scope, and how to sell travel packages smartly.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients, consulting and promoting our travel packages and destinations (Average 80 calls/daily)
2. Manage the CRM, ensuring relevant and timely responses to customer queries as per the KPIs
3. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing assistance and resolving queries as needed
4. Manage client interactions through chat, as well as phone and email communication
5. Represent Travaura as a reliable and trustworthy brand, providing clients with exceptional service at all times
6. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company

2. can start the internship between 14th Sep'23 and 19th Oct'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (1.5% of surplus revenue generated).
