Travel Consulting Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Undertake the proceedings related to B2C and B2B sales of the company
2. Handle social media only in context and relevance to consultancy and sales
3. Prepare custom itineraries as demanded by leads
4. Maintain a healthy and quality relationship with all the leads and clients
5. Assist and resolve problems raised by travelers booked by the employee
6. Handle the chats over Instagram and WhatsApp and calls as per the quality training and requirements of the company
7. Present a trustworthy face of Travaura to people interacting with the company

Skills & Requirements:

1. Very fluent in communication (English and Hindi)
2. Convincing skills
3. Typing and handling multiple chats simultaneously
4. Ability to learn about a variety of products (travel packages and destinations)
5. Understanding the customer's needs
6. Patience
7. Serving with hospitality

Note: The intern can have uncapped incentives and with dedication and performance, he/she can even have monthly payouts from anywhere between INR 30,000 - INR 1,20,000 and above.
