Yo Tours is looking to hire passionate people to work as travel sales and operations interns in a very professional environment since Yo Tours is a highly organized, process-driven organization that uses technology to be the market leader.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work directly with the operation head and founders of Yo Tours
2. Answer calls for both in-bound and out-bound travel services and follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries
3. Make quotations, travel itineraries, tour packages, and cost to the customers based on custom requests
4. Work with the operation team in hotel booking, visa, insurance, transport bookings, and other inclusion in the travel itineraries in a very effective and systematic manner
5. Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers and resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer
