Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the visa application process on behalf of clients, including collecting required documents and submitting applications to the relevant embassies
2. Respond to customer inquiries with a smile and provide prompt, accurate, and professional service
3. Monitor visa processing status and keep clients informed of updates
4. Ensure that all visa applications are processed in a timely and efficient manner
5. Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and customer interactions
6. Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed under regulatory requirements
7. Follow through the visa application process and take ownership to ensure everything is accurately filed and completed to the required standards
