Travel & Tourism Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Carry out extensive research on the topic - tourism data insights and submit a comprehensive report on the topic by the end of this internship
2. Research and document case studies of different destination-level tourism observatories, understanding their different data sources, insights generated, and the need and relevance of generated insights
3. Thoroughly understand and document the need and relevance of data-generated insights for the public as well as the private sector in tourism (this might require some field-work in the candidate's base location and/or telephonic/web-based communication with industry stakeholders)
4. Understand and document different data sources and their attributes to generate relevant insights
5. Develop and evolve frameworks for the generation, analysis, and interpretation of tourism insights

Requirements:

1. Eligibility: Final year graduation (tourism) students, tourism/management in travel & tourism/recreational development post-graduation students, final year graduation/post-graduation students seeking dissertation opportunities, recent tourism pass-outs looking for internship programs
2. The candidate should be well equipped with verbal and writing skills to create presentations and reports of industry standard
