UI Design Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and maintain design deliverables such as wireframes and develop pixel-perfect designs for all projects
2. Create and control decisions that implement a design language from concept to implementation
3. Identify areas of opportunity and find creative solutions that distinguish the experience from the competition
4. Ensure both cross-functional alignment and also multiple design team alignment to the experience vision and 'North Star' experience
5. Develop creative design solutions to business needs and customer problems
6. Analyze and interpret recommendations from stakeholders in order to prioritize functions and develop a project roadmap with product analyst and UX team
7. Inspire cross-function team members to embrace challenging relationships and goals
8. Constantly measure how designs are performing and iterate to improve experiences
9. Influence team roadmaps to include experience improvements when opportunities arise
10. Invest in building relationships and trust with stakeholders, peers, and working groups
