1. Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
2. Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
3. Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
4. Developing a UI kit to deliver UI designs to engineering organizations and perform other duties as required
5. Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams
6. Working on effective data visualization

The founding members of ANQ, consist of graduates from BITS Pilani, IIIT-K, and RVCE, with over 40 years of combined experience between three founders, across financial services (Ex Xiaomi Financial services, Bajaj Finance, Equifax, Redcarpet, Capital One, HSBC, etc) of various sizes and having built and scaled various financial services businesses with a stronghold on P&L management, risk management, new product launches, data science, technology & infrastructure.
