Added requirements

1. Strong product skills with a deep intuition for usability, but a willingness to let go of your instincts and listen to data and user feedback

2. Knowledge of Typography, you believe the text to be an integral element of design

3. A portfolio including workflows and beautiful visual design applied to web-based or mobile apps

4. Comfortable with design tools such as Sketch, Illustrator or Photoshop

5. The ability to hand-code HTML/CSS with ease is a plus
