1. Must have an understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography primarily in digital media
2. Must exhibit an understanding of user experience design principles and knowledge of UI best practices and usability
3. Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and prototyping/mockup tools.
