Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per product).
What's exciting?
You'll be working on designing 3-4 global products. The task requires a deep sense and understanding of design, colors, user experience. Designs required will be of high precision, uniformity, originality and a global appeal. You'll work in a fast-paced environment and follow a highly iterative process. You'll be mentored by startup founders and experienced professionals from IIT and IIM.
