6. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver findings, ideas, and designs across the organization
7. Should have the confidence to work independently
8. Should have education or experience in UX, visuals, or a process using design to achieve a business goal
9. Having some experience with coding/programming is highly advantageous
10. Should have experience with tools such as Sketch, Figma, and InVision
