1. Analyze and understand business processes and requirements in order to translate them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
2. Conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys in order to both refine and improve existing user experiences
3. Design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user feedback and user-testing
4. Use and adapt latest UI/UX design guidelines to create a unique look & feel, and style guides for all projects
5. Create end-to-end UI/UX interaction wireframes, mocks, clickable prototypes using latest design tools, and user interface
6. Conduct user research, interviews and surveys and translate requirements to a visual prototype
7. Provide UI/UX that can be easily used by developers; assist developers in converting UI/UX designs to development
8. Provide amazing front-end experiences and user interfaces that delight customers
9. Work autonomously to audit existing platform to enhance and upgrade from both a workflow and visual standpoint
10. Additionally, you should have good creative skills in graphic design and branding.
