About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on conducting primary research on multiple aspects of the product through interviews, surveys, shop visits, usability studies and focus groups
2. Working closely with designers, product managers and engineers to prioritize research opportunities and conduct early-stage exploratory research for new products and features
3. Working on advocating research findings to various stakeholders across functions through written reports and in-person presentations
4. Managing to keep up with the competition's product research and creating comparison matrices & battle cards
5. Helping in supporting with creating tutorial videos and translations for languages supported by our product (hindi, hinglish, english, gujarati, tamil, etc.)
