About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Planning, moderating and scribing community groups, remote and one-on-one usability sessions, user callings to obtain user preferences and feedback
2. Presenting findings and recommendations in a plan that drives future design improvements
3. Conducting ethnographic research projects employing observational techniques to better understand customer motivations, behaviors, and needs.
4. Maintaining in-depth knowledge and understanding of different research methodologies and data analysis technique
