Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work in a challenging, energetic, and dynamic environment
2. Learn new things and implement them in a speedy manner
3. Take risk of moving fast, breaking things, and fixing them in the next hour
4. Take complete ownership of the task and get it done
5. Understand that happy customers are the key to a successful company
6. Understand that a startup is a small group of trusted people and we have to support/push each other to achieve our goals
7. Work closely with tech-lead and product manager for understanding the requirement in detail and knowing why we are doing anything
8. Come up with the optimized solution including the code architecture, development plan, and deployment on servers
9. Write highly optimized, scalable, & performant code following best practices and guidelines

Every customer searches for products/businesses online, reads other customers' reviews on different platforms, does analysis, and finally decides which one to choose. So online reviews are the source of building trust, and it becomes really important for the product/business owners to have a good online rating (reputation). Having a better reputation means more customers choosing you and more customers choosing you means more revenue for the business.

BizReputation got bootstrapped on April 20 during the Covid period. The goal of the company is to provide a solution to local businesses owners which can help them build/improve their online reputation by getting more genuine customer reviews, acting quickly on negative reviews, helping in converting negative reviews into positive ones before they spread, and saving time by managing all this in one platform.
