Venture Capital Analysis Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on the drafting of documents for the fund-raising process
2. Outreach/respond to inbound inquiries with/from investors
3. Prepare and assist in due diligence
4. Work on the applications to incubators/accelerators etc.
5. Work with the founding team in preparation for the next fund-raising and deal with investors

Skills and other requirements:

1. Solid understanding of tech startup ecosystem, fund-raising process and zeal to learn more are critical to have
2. Relevant academic domain and some practical experience working with angel networks and/or venture funds
