4. Inform those, through calls, whose documents you are rejecting
5. Call others to explain to them the importance of verifying profiles on Anar
6. Call users to verify their profile information
7. Call users to help them fill in their profile information
8. Call to follow up with those who ask for a call-back
9. Help users create business proof if they do not have any
10. Explain to users the concept of Anar
11. Help them with their queries related to the functioning of the Anar application
12. Help users upload their business proofs in the application
13. Verify their documents with the government websites
