About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Edit and assemble raw footage: Cut, trim, and organize footage into cohesive stories.
2. Add music, graphics, and effects: Enhance videos with appropriate music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
3. Collaborate with creative team: Work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to understand project scope and deliver content that meets expectations.
4. Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style and tone.
5. Review and make revisions: Take feedback and make necessary edits to improve the final product.
6. File management: Organize and manage media assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and backed up.
7. Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest editing techniques, software, and trends to continually improve content quality.

There is a morbid apprehension to invest in solely woman-founded enterprises. The conservatism also tends to take women on the path of self-doubt. In most cases, women tend to stay silent, or silently accept negative feedback or criticism as legitimate feedback, as against men which are more likely to counter such criticism.
