Help shape the look and feel of SPOTLIGHT a video-first channel that distills GenAI insights, tool demos, and regulatory updates for business leaders. As a video editing & social media intern, you'll work closely on editing, publishing, and amplifying content across platforms.
1. Edit weekly videos, including intros, transitions, lower-thirds, and subtitles.
2. Optimize video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
3. Support publishing schedules and create teaser clips or reels.
4. Ensure visual consistency with brand tone and style.
5. Assist in repurposing long-form content into short, engaging pieces.
6. Collaborate with the AI intern to produce content-ready videos on tool reviews and demos.
7. Stay updated on social video trends and editing styles.

1. Candidate with previous knowledge in managing social media groups or youtube channels is preferred

4. Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Descript, or similar).
5. Eye for good visual storytelling and clean aesthetics.
6. Understanding of professional content marketing and platform-specific formats.
7. Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Interest in AI and eagerness to learn about the content you’re editing.
9. Bonus: Experience designing thumbnails, banners, or social posts.
