About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Editing long-form YouTube videos (6-15 minutes) by applying engaging cuts, transitions, subtitles, background scores, motion graphics, and adding branding elements such as intros, outros, and logo animations. This includes syncing voiceovers with footage, integrating sound effects and background music, incorporating maps, headlines, screenshots, or illustrative images as needed, and ensuring consistent quality through color correction and audio leveling.
2. Creating 30-90 second reels and shorts by trimming YouTube content, adding on-screen text, subtitles, trending sounds or music, and optimizing aspect ratios and video quality for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Twitter.
3. Designing bold and emotional YouTube thumbnails, creating static visuals for community posts, stories, and promotions such as quotes, stats, and facts, and assisting with cover art and branding materials when required.

1. Video Editing Skills: Adobe Premiere Pro – Video editing and post-production. Final Cut Pro – Video editing for creators. After Effects – Motion graphics and visual enhancements. DaVinci Resolve – Color correction and editing.
2. YouTube and Social Media Video Production: YouTube video editing and optimization. Content creation for reels, shorts, and stories. Mobile video editing (CapCut, InShot, VN Editor).
3. Graphic Design and Visual Branding: Canva – Design for thumbnails and social media. Adobe Photoshop – Graphics and image editing. Figma – UI design and visual composition.
4. Audio Editing and Sound Design: Basic audio editing with Audacity or Adobe Audition. Sound syncing and background score integration.
5. Additional Creative Skills: Typography and on-screen text animation. Thumbnail design principles for YouTube. Color grading and visual style development.
