1. Should be based in Rajarhat New Town, Salt Lake, or nearby vicinity (well-familiar with the area)
2. Should be able to travel to different locations around the Rajarhat New Town and nearby areas and conduct interviews with politicians, celebrities and citizens, and other notable individuals
3. Familiarity with shooting videos
4. Knowledge of video editing tools
5. Strong written and oral communication skills
6. Ability to work for flexible hours
7. Willingness to travel sometimes to different locations around the city
